How to Order Player Analysis from VOD

While anyone can use the Hub, you must have an active subscription plan to place an initial Player Analysis order from VOD.
LiveBarn VOD is available for 30 days. Games played before 30 days will not be available for order.
 
How To Order Step 1-1

Step 1

Log in to LiveBarn on your web browser. Locate your game On-Demand by finding the venue and using the calendar.

From the On-Demand watch view, hit the blue Player Analysis button and follow the steps. The video must be in PANO mode to submit an order. If the button is not present, visit our FAQ.

Complete the order form and submit!
The information you enter will be saved for subsequent orders.

When Ordering from VOD...

Make sure your game submission meets the following criteria:

icon-circle-check   Submission includes the game-opening face-off and final whistle.
icon-circle-check   Submission is at least 30 minutes in length.
icon-circle-check   Game is played on full ice. No half/cross-ice games or mini rinks.
icon-circle-check   Player position is Forward or Defense. (Goalies are coming soon!)
icon-circle-check   Submission does not include shootout. All other overtime periods are accepted.
icon-circle-check   Clear view of rink. No spectators or equipment obstructing the camera's view.

Delivery and Tracking

Everything you need to know about your order can be found on the Player Analysis My Orders page.
Track order status, download complete orders, view order history, and request refunds. Once your Player Analysis is ready, you can access it from My Orders. You will also receive an email with links to your Spotlight Video and performance report PDF.
Orders will be delivered within three hours.
